The exact size of the baby (length, head diameter, etc) is sometimes not known. We have sized our casket
bottles based on rubber fetal models of appropriate gestational age. We believe the bottles will be appropriately
sized in nearly all cases. However, there may be cases in which the size of the miscarried baby doesn't allow it to
be placed in the bottle that was selected. In this case, we will send an equivalent item with a different size (time
permitting), or also recommend that the baby be placed in an alternate jar and then be buried in the sealed casket without the
jar.
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about
it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
